The cake is a huge feature of every wedding. They can come in any shape, size, and color. It’s important to design a cake that fits your theme or shows off the personalities of the bride and groom. This article features tips on picking a wedding cake and a list of Florida bakeries who make great cakes for the big day.

Tips to Remember

  • There are so many different directions you can go with a wedding cake. The endless options can get overwhelming, so if you don’t know exactly what you want, keep it simple! Pick you favorite flavor, and keep the icing design simple if you don’t have specific ideas.
  • Make sure to keep your guests in mind when choosing a flavor. You obviously can’t please everyone, but if you want to do a unique flavor, maybe add another tier with vanilla or chocolate.
  • Personalize your cake! There’s a classic bride and groom figurine on top, but other options are a photo or initials of the coupe. It’s an easy way to add a personal touch without having to worry about icing detailing, which can raise the price of your cake.

They are known for their great customer service, as well as their beautiful buttercream designs! To figure out pricing, you have to contact them personally. This bakery definitely isn’t too pricey though, because they are listed as “Affordable” on the wedding planning site a The Knot.
